We are seeking motivated individuals to support our production processes by handling materials in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn new skills, work collaboratively, and grow within the company.ResponsibilitiesLift, move, and stack raw materials and finished cardboard productsFeed materials into production equipment.Inspect products for quality, reporting any defects or issues promptlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAdhere to all safety regulations and company proceduresRequirementsAbility to lift +50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-10 hours shiftComfortable bending, walking, and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructionsPunctual, reliable, and committed to workplace safetyReliable transportationBilingualPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredIf you’re looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment, we want to hear from you!
