Your daily tasks will vary, and you'll get to move around throughout the day while working closely with a team. No experience? No problem. This role could be just the beginning of a meaningful career, with endless opportunities for promotion.Join Marvin today and receive health benefits that start on your first day of employment, paid time off and holidays.Highlights Of Your RoleSort, stack and grade wood based on size and grade of materialOperate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipmentWork closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issuesCross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.Select a schedule that works for your life:Monday - Thursday: Days: 4:15 am – 2:40 pm Pay: $20.00 per hourEvenings: 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Pay: $21.00 per hourPlease note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.You're A Good Fit If You Have (Or If You Can)Learn to accurately read and use a calibrated tape measure.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time.Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day.Also Want To Make Sure You HavePrevious manufacturing experience or assembly experience is a plus.A high school diploma is strongly preferred.We Invite You To See Yourself At MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
