Production AssociatesWe're hiring Production Associates to support a fast-growing, high-volume manufacturing operation producing advanced consumer technology products. This is a hands-on role for motivated individuals who thrive in a structured, team-driven production environment and are looking for strong weekly hours and consistent overtime.As demand continues to grow, this role plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently, safely, and at scale.What You'll DoPerform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products following work instructionsOperate light equipment such as drills, presses, crimpers, and custom toolingLoad, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipmentSupport prototype builds, testing, and process developmentAssist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and consumables inventoryPartner with engineers and production teams on development buildsHelp improve and optimize production line stations and workflowsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspaceEnsure product quality and conformance to design requirementsPut safety first—alwaysPay & Schedule$22/hour base payNight shift earns $25+/hourMultiple shifts available (including late afternoon and night shifts)10+ hours of overtime per week expectedThis is a great opportunity for candidates seeking consistent hours, overtime earnings, and shift flexibility.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Skills & Experience2+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experienceAbility to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, and parts listsExperience in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing environmentsElectrical wiring experiencePrototype development and testing experienceComfortable using a PC, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft OfficeAdditional RequirementsAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededAbility to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing laddersAbility to lift up to 25 lbs unassistedWork Authorization RequirementTo comply with U.S. export regulations, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable government requirements.*Apply on our website and send your resume to Express Austin SW today!
