Production Associate - Belt Coordinator - 2nd Shift - TemporaryLocation: Bakersfield, CA, US, 93311 Requisition Number: Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyer belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.Skills/QualificationsJob Expectations and Eligibility Factors:Work Eligibility (prior to first day of employment) Must be authorized to work in the US. Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities. Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates from employment.Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.90 - $20.35/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
