2nd Shift Production AssociatePay: $18.00 per hourJob OverviewWe are actively hiring for a 2nd shift Production Associate. Our client is located in the greater Hamden Area and is growing at a rapid pace! This is a temp to hire role with a chance to work overtime as needed.Qualifications:6 Months+ of Manufacturing or Production experienceAssembly: Put together parts using hand and power tools based on blueprints or work instructions.Machine Operation: Start, stop, and monitor factory equipment, adjusting settings to keep production running smoothly.Quality Control: Inspect finished items for flaws or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.Packaging: Label, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipping.Maintenance & Sanitation: Keep the work area clean, sweep floors, and handle basic upkeep on tools.Documentation: Fill out logs, work orders, and safety checklistPlease apply and call us at 860 - 773 - 0059 to be considered today!
