Job Duties
Assist with the disassembly and assembly of electric motors and related components
Perform coil winding and insulation work under supervision or independently based on experience level
Clean, prepare, and stage parts for repair and rebuild processes
Operate basic shop equipment, including grinders, presses, and hand tools
Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality and performance
Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures accurately
Meet daily production and output goals in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
Provide support to other departments such as shipping and material handling as needed
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
