Production AssociateCoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bolingbrook, IL. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing production team with multiple shifts available.Responsibilities:Operate or assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment while following established safety and quality standards.Use hand tools and cutting tools to trim, finish, and prepare manufactured parts according to specifications.Assemble components and package finished products in accordance with quality requirements and production procedures.Apply labels and prepare products for shipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaged products throughout the production area using proper material handling techniques.Inspect products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and work instructions at all times.Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support production and operational objectives.Desired Background/Skills:Minimum of one year of manufacturing or production experience required.Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.Pay Rates:1st Shift: $18.00/hour2nd Shift: $19.00/hour3rd Shift: $19.50/hourSchedule:Monday – Friday1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMWhy Work With CoWorx?Competitive pay rates.Multiple shift opportunities available to accommodate varying schedules.Weekly pay.Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience and develop new skills.Supportive, team-oriented work environment focused on employee success and growth.Apply today to start your career as a Production Associate in Bolingbrook, IL!
