Production AssociateThe Production Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling finished cardboard products as they come off production machines. This is an active, hands-on role that involves general labor, production, and warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. It is well-suited for individuals who enjoy physical work, consistent routines, and contributing directly to efficient production processes.ResponsibilitiesHandle finished cardboard products coming off production machines in a safe and efficient manner.Fold cardboard boxes accurately and consistently to meet production standards.Stack finished products neatly and securely to prepare them for packaging, storage, or shipment.Move products from the back end of production machines to designated areas within the warehouse.Perform general labor tasks in support of daily warehouse and production operations.Operate or assist with machine operation as needed, following all safety and operational guidelines.Support general production and warehouse production activities, including packaging and assembly tasks.Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility standards.Follow all safety procedures and contribute to the strong safety culture within the facility.Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow.Essential SkillsAbility to perform general labor and production tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in general production or warehouse production.Ability to fold, stack, and move cardboard boxes and finished products safely.Capability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, packaging, or assembly role.Comfort working around and supporting machine operation.Reliability in following a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.Strong attention to safety and adherence to workplace procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsMachine operation experience (preferred).Experience working with paper or cardboard products (preferred).Background in packaging or assembly environments.Ability to work optional overtime when available.Comfort working in a team-focused, production-oriented setting.Why Work Here?You will join a team-focused workplace that values growth, stability, and safety. The environment centers on warehouse and production operations, including machine-supported processes for handling finished cardboard products, with a strong emphasis on safety and organized workflow.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
