Production AssociateNow hiring for a Production Associate in Carmel, IN. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 3 pm, with the first day starting at 7:30 am. This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.Safely and efficiently operates a variety of production equipment, including power presses, insertion machines, molding equipment, sewing machines, and glue coating equipment. Assembles and packages parts per written work instructions or supervisor direction. Manufactures and assembles products as instructed. Completes productivity and quality records as required. Provides a high level of attention to detail and focus on manufacturing high-quality products safely and efficiently. Follows all company rules and policies, all safety rules, and quality standards. Keeps work areas clean and organized.Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience Requirements: Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Safety shoes are preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
