Put simply, we believe more soft surfaces mean happier homes.About The Role:As a Production Associate, you will safely work alongside others in the Ernesta Fabrication and Sample facility. You will bring a curious mindset, eager to learn as you move between cut table operations, serging machines and distribution of samples to customers.What You'll Do:Serge samples that will be distributed to customers utilizing a serging machineOperate a cut table machine and other cutting equipment to make samples from rolls of carpetHeat seal labels that correctly identify each sampleReview each work order paying very close attention to details for each order to select the right samples to be sent to customersProcess sample returnsHelp to manage sample inventoryOther tasks as assignedKey Qualifications Include:Industry-related experience (fabric, carpet, manufacturing, etc.) is desirableExperience driving a forklift/pole truck is desirableAbility to prioritize and manage time efficientlyAbility to be an effective team memberAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 50 lbs unassistedErnesta is committed to inclusion.
