You'll be:Operating and maintaining production systems and tools (e.g., mixing equipment, scales), including cleaningObserving quality and reporting any deviations to supervisors throughout the production processEnsuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesMaintaining quality management and utilizing department technology and techniques per work instructionsSupporting low-loss and low-emission production practicesAdhering to the production schedule and workload priorities set by the Production SupervisorManaging inventory efficiently and communicating effectively within your teamUsing internal computer programs (e.g., SAP) and following Lean Management / 5S principlesMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area while reporting health and safety concernsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a related environmentAre willing to receive hazardous waste training within 6 months of employment and annually thereafterDemonstrate excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external customersPossess proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP experience is preferredCan work independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and provide exemplary customer serviceAre able to safely perform frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), stooping, bending, kneeling, and reachingAre comfortable with exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals, wearing a respirator, and passing fit testingCan maintain regular and punctual attendance and follow directions provided by the supervisorWhat happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
