Terrasmart is now a division of Unirac, bringing together two established leaders in solar mounting solutions.Position SummaryShifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through ThursdayPrimary Responsibilities (Essential Duties):Operating machinery to form steel productsSquatting, bending, and lifting steel products on a repetitive basis.Assembling products using hand tools and power tools such as impact wrenches.Reading blueprints and other technical drawings to ensure that products are assembled correctly.Entering product information into the ERP computer data entry system.Measuring and quality checking finished product to ensure specifications have been met.Performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning machinery or equipment to ensure continued operation of the factory.Exchanging parts between machines or repairing machines when they break down.Operating forklifts to move materials within warehouses or across docks to load or unload.Following safety regulations and procedures to minimize the risk of injury to self and others.Inspecting incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards before they are used in production.Works within a weld cell to support the fabrication and production of ground screw components, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established production standards.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Degree or Equivalent3+ Years of Manufacturing Experience (heavy machinery preferred)2+ years of Forklift experience (propane preferred)1+ years of basic data entry into an ERP computer data entry systemTechnical RequirementsAbility to utilize a measuring tape to the 1/32" mark.Ability to read blueprint and technical drawings/instructions.Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Physical RequirementsAble to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.Able to work in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.Work ConditionsEnvironment: Warehouse (not climate controlled)Unirac is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
