Production AssociateJimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will help package finished products, ensure quality standards are met, and support daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.If you're a team player who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you.RequirementsPack products according to company specifications and customer requirementsInspect products for quality and remove any items that do not meet standardsEnsure the correct labels are applied to cartons and verify label accuracyKeep packaging equipment supplied with boxes and bag stockMonitor and operate packaging equipment, including box erectors, label applicators, case sealers, and palletizersAssist with basic equipment troubleshooting and clearing minor jamsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and company policiesAssist with the sanitation of production areas and equipmentWrap pallets manually when requiredSupport production goals while maintaining quality and safety standardsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operator experience preferredFood manufacturing experience is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods on concrete floorsFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reachingAbility to lift up to 40 pounds occasionallyAbility to push and pull heavy objects as neededOur Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
