Job description

Production AssociateAs a Production Associate, you will be responsible for building, assembling, inspecting, and repairing products. You will perform both simple and complex maintenance tasks on production and support machines, ensuring all work meets production quality standards. Your role will involve reviewing and completing necessary documentation related to production processes, yield, rework, and scrap. Effective communication with maintenance, engineering, and various departments is essential, as is your ability to suggest improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Experience a work environment that prioritizes safety and quality while offering opportunities for professional growth and development.Work EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom environment with shifts available as follows: 1st shift from 4:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am Monday through Thursday, Weekend 1st shift from 4:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and Weekend 2nd shift from 4:30 pm to 4:30 am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.73 - $21.23/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
