Production AssociateNesco Resource is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team in Victor, NY as a Production Associate. This contract opportunity is expected to last several weeks and provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build manufacturing skills while performing essential assembly, packaging, and production tasks. No interview is required, allowing qualified candidates to get started quickly. Successful associates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.$17.50/Hour (Based On Experience)Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - FridayJob Duties:Perform basic one-step and two-step production tasks following established proceduresAssemble, insert, seal, pull to length, and cut materials according to specificationsOperate manual and semi-automatic converting equipment and production tools as requiredFollow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete daily production goalsInspect completed products to ensure quality standards are metHandle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production processMaintain accurate work practices and improve proficiency with assigned tasksCollaborate with coworkers and leadership to maintain an efficient workflowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety rules, procedures, and quality guidelinesRequirements:Stable work history or relevant educational experience preferredPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsWillingness to learn new processes and develop manufacturing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and positive work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to perform repetitive production tasksAbility to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs.Frequent reaching, handling, and movement throughout the workdayNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
