The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.The Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by assisting in the cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Location: 3912 W. Illinois Ave Dallas, TX 75211Weekly PaySchedule: M-F 6am to 2:30pm - 30 minute lunchOccasional weekendsPhysical construction workSome equipment operation experience a plus!Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specificationsRead and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracyMeasure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other toolsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metAssist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production areaMaintain accurate documentation related to production and inventoryKeep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end-of-day cleanupFollow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPESupport team members to meet daily production goalsPerform additional duties as neededAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfort working with hand tools and production equipmentGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a related fieldExperience operating saws, cutting equipment, or fabrication machineryFamiliarity with blueprints or technical drawingsExperience operating forklifts or other material handling equipmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move materials (70+ lbs as required)Comfortability with working in a manufacturing or production environmentComfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperaturesAbility to work working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions if necessaryAbility to work early mornings, extended hours, or overtime if necessaryHealth Care Benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid Time OffBenefits for union-represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
