Production AssociateAre you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? We are currently hiring Production Associates that will operate machines, assemble, and inspect parts to join our production team in the Danvers, MA area. No extensive experience required. We will provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.Pay & Schedule: Both Shifts: Mon-Fri1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM ($20.00/hour)2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ($22.00/hour)Responsibilities:Load plastic components into molding machines.Monitor machines during the molding process.Remove molded plastic parts from machines.Inspect parts for quality and consistency.Use tweezers and hand tools to trim excess plastic material (flash) from finished products.Follow safety and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Desired Background/Skills:Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.Other Information:Why Join Our Team?Competitive pay ratesConsistent Monday-Friday scheduleWeekly pay availableOpportunity to gain manufacturing experienceSupportive team environmentReferral BonusesFun Employee EngagementApply today and become part of a team that produces high-quality molded plastic products in a safe and professional manufacturing environment.
