Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for the entire shift in a cold environment. (40 Degrees) Depending on where an associate is located on the assembly line they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push products, stack pallets, and anything else required by leadership. Associates must also maintain a safe and clean area. Requirements:Must be able to move up to 10lbsMust be able to reliably commute to and from workMust be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean areaSite-Specific Special Requirements:Must wear steel-toe footwearMust be willing to wear PPE like safety glasses.Must have the ability to withstand the cold (40 degrees) for 8 - 10 hoursMust be able to work overtimeMust be available for weekendsCapstone Logistics, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer
