Job description
Production AssociateWe are seeking a Production Associate for a manufacturing company in Ayer, MA. This is a hands-on role supporting all areas of production, including receiving, material handling, machine operation, packaging, and shipping.Responsibilities:Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and maintain organized inventorySafely move materials throughout production areas using pallet jacks or forkliftsOperate production machinery and perform basic machine adjustments as neededInspect and package finished products according to quality standardsPrepare, label, and stage completed goods for shippingLoad and unload trucks and maintain accurate shipping recordsAssist with general warehouse or production duties as assignedRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturingPrevious shipping & receiving as well as packaging experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsForklift experience or certification a plus.The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM.
