If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting equipment, and being part of a team that values quality and safety, this could be the opportunity for you.Why You'll Love This JobClean, well-lit, climate-controlled facilityFree lunch every Tuesday & ThursdayGrowth and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentConsistent full-time hours with overtime potentialWhat You'll DoAs a Packaging Line Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain packaging line equipmentFollow startup, shutdown, and changeover proceduresPerform routine equipment cleaning and sanitationInspect packaged products to ensure quality and package integrityKeep production lines stocked with packaging materialsComplete production records, downtime logs, and shift documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all food safety, quality, and company policiesSafely handle chemicals and wear required PPEIdentify equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting effortsCommunicate production concerns and updates with team members and leadershipSupport continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned dutiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic math and documentation skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and work instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsManufacturing, production, or food processing experienceMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experienceExperience working with packaging equipmentKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesPrevious manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
