Production Associate OpportunityAre you passionate about self-defense and personal safety? Do you have experience in the packaging industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team and assist in the manufacturing of self-defense sprays and products. As a production associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production of products that help people feel safer.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipmentFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and efficiencyPerform regular quality checks to ensure product specifications are metPrepare and maintain production records and reportsAssist in the packaging and labeling of productsShift:Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3 pmMonday - Friday 4 pm - 12:30 amBenefits of working through Westside Personnel at this position:Full time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - FridayPaid weeklyTemporary to permanent position - hired on probationary periodAdditional benefits through Westside Personnel are available to long term employees; referral bonuses, safety bonuses, healthcare, holiday, and vacation after requirement is metRaises
