Production AssociateWe are seeking multiple dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Manufacturing Helpers. This role supports the production of high-quality plastic matting products through material handling, packaging, production support, and basic manufacturing documentation. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesLift, move, stack, and position plastic matting products weighing 85-250 pounds with team assistance and proper lifting techniques.Roll, wrap, package, and prepare plastic mat products for shipment.Assist machine operators with production activities and material flow.Count finished goods and raw materials accurately.Record production data, downtime, scrap, and other manufacturing information.Complete required paperwork and production documentation.Transport materials throughout the facility as needed.Assist with loading and unloading efforts and housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Help process and regrind plastic scrap into reusable plastic pellets used in the manufacturing process.Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.Basic math skills, including counting and simple addition.Ability to read and complete production documents.Attention to detail and dependability.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience is a plus but not required.Why Work Here?We offer 401k, profit sharing bonuses, attendance bonuses once full-time, and shift differentials. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
