Production AssociateBunge is hiring for multiple full-time openings at our Fort Worth, TX location. Join a dynamic, high energy, and high performing team. If you are someone who wants to live new possibilities, Bunge is going to be a great place for you!Position Details: Responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and safe operation within established guidelines. Monday through Friday schedule: 2nd shift: (3p-11:30p) and 3rd shift (11p-7:30a) occasional overtime as needed. Compensation: $23.26 an hourWhat You'll Be Doing:Properly identify and handle off-quality package supplies and productDetermine and set the code date and lot code properlyPerform and complete package quality check and respond to problemsLoad, operate, and adjust labeling machinesInterpret tank inventories and valve and pump settings to ensure the correct product is being filledOperate a computerized production systemTroubleshoot equipmentOperate a forklift for warehouse, loading, and receivingLift 50 lbs. on a frequent basisMinimum Qualifications:Two to three years' experience in a production facility preferredBasic math skillsComputer experience and previous use of BusinessAbility to read and understand the English language with good verbal communication requiredMust be a collaborative, results oriented team player with good problem-solving skillsForklift experience is desiredAt Bunge, people don't just come here to work, they come here to grow – solving challenges that directly impact the world with a diverse team of thinkers and doers.
