What You'll Do:
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Consistently meet production targets and quality standards
* Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards
* Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup
* Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment
* Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
* Perform other departmental duties as assigned
About You:
* Professional, courteous, and reliable - even under pressure
* Committed to achieving production goals
* Punctual with strong attendance
* Preferably has manufacturing or production experience, but not required
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
