Production AssociateNow hiring for a Production Associate in Gravette, AR. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7 am-4 pm. Work You Can Be Proud Of. This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.Job DutiesVarious warehouse activities include receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products. Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. Maintain keen attention to detail when inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate. Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift. Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems Solid communication skills and inventory skills Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
