Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 25-30 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. A Production Associate supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by helping move products accurately from receiving through final shipment. This position combines organization, physical capability, and attention to detail to support reliable supply chain performance. The Production Associate requires strong teamwork, safe work practices, and the ability to perform a wide variety of warehouse responsibilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Successful candidates contribute directly to dependable warehouse performance.
