Production AssociateBe a part of the world's #1 Pizza company and watch your career grow!Job DescriptionSchedule:Shift: 12:00PM - 12:00AM3 - 4 days per week, flexibility as neededCompensation:Opportunity for OvertimeHourly Rate: $20 per hour2% annual Team Achievement Dividend BonusResponsibilities and DutiesProduction Room and Dough ProcessingDetermine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients Ensure dough is delivered into rounderRecord batch data and maintain proofing libraryAchieve and maintain dough certificationMetal detector checkups, and dough temperature, monitoring document accordinglyChange dough balls sizes on VemagCheck sifter tailings timely and recording findingsReport any irregularities to Supervisor and ManagerDough Cooler and Staging Product for ShipmentMonitor all equipment and make necessary interventions through HMI interventionsTroubleshoot automated equipment, when needed, such as stacker, dolly loader, and/or tray bufferMonitor dough temperature and metal detector checkOrganize dough according to size inside the dough coolerEnsure all print is of good quality on traysTray Wash AreaLoads trays onto conveyor for cleaningMonitor gauges and setting to ensure water pressure, water temperature, and detergent levels consistently meet company standards determined to thoroughly clean and sanitize trays, record findingsConduct titration and/or chemical testing on tray washer equipment, as neededBe able to perform interventions as needed utilizing an HMIQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to work with yeast and flour productsMust successfully pass a pre-employment background checkPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees), and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessaryAdditional InformationDomino's Offers:Competitive wagesPaid Holidays and VacationPositive work environmentBenefits on the first day of employment!401k matching contributions15% off the purchase price of stockCompany bonusReferral bonusesCareer growthBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyJob LocationDC Florida-FL72
