As part of the Pro Food Solutions family, the company is committed to operational excellence, customer focus, and building the future of food through innovation and integrity.Position SummaryThe Production Associate is responsible for packaging ingredients, preparing pallets for warehousing and distribution, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position also performs the cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment at startup, throughout production, and at the conclusion of each workday.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up production equipment according to established specifications and operational requirements.Operate equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures to accurately scale and process raw materials.Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials after use in compliance with food safety standards.Manually pack finished products and palletize products for storage and/or distribution.Wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with established sanitation procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times.Follow all company safety, quality, and food safety policies and procedures.Assist with daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, or a related environment preferred.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to safely operate production equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift as required.Ability to work in a food production environment.Ability to handle materials and finished products as required for production and palletizing.BenefitsPaid time offPaid holidaysPaid vacationDisclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
