Production AssociateLooking for a hands-on role where you can build, create, and learn new skills?We're seeking motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturer of artificial rock, stone, brick, wood paneling, and decorative architectural products used in residential and commercial projects across the country.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying active throughout the day, and seeing the results of their work come to life.What You'll DoYou'll have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of production and develop a variety of skills as you grow with the company.FabricationMeasure, cut, and assemble materials according to specificationsRead and follow construction plans and work instructionsOperate shop equipment such as table saws, miter saws, and panel sawsMaintain quality standards throughout the fabrication processProductionPerform general manufacturing and production dutiesAssist with assembly and preparation of finished productsLift and move materials weighing up to 60 poundsSupport production goals and workflow throughout the facilityShipping & ReceivingReview customer orders and shipping requirementsPackage, wrap, and prepare products for shipmentGather order specifications and stage materials for deliveryAssist with inventory movement and material handlingOperate a forklift when needed (experience preferred)Painting & FinishingPaint and finish decorative products and architectural featuresApply coatings and finishing techniques to meet quality standardsInspect completed products for appearance and craftsmanshipWhat We're Looking ForSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicComfortable working with hand and power toolsAbility to accurately read a tape measureAbility to read and follow basic construction plans and specificationsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shiftReliable attendance and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsFinish carpentry experienceMolding, foam fabrication, or woodworking experienceForklift experiencePainting or finishing experienceBenefitsCompetitive PayFull-Time ScheduleHands-On Manufacturing ExperienceTraining and Skill Development OpportunitiesOpportunity to Learn Multiple Areas of ProductionStable, Growing CompanyTeam-Oriented Work EnvironmentLong-Term Career Growth PotentialThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to be part of a company that's growing.
