You'll be:Operating, monitoring, and assisting with food processing equipment including cleaners, sorters, roasters, pasteurizers, seasoning drums, conveyors, scales, and packaging/labeling machinesLoading raw materials onto processing lines and handling assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of equipment for product changeovers and startup/shutdown proceduresInspecting raw and finished products for quality, weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and casing finished product while ensuring compliance with daily schedules and quality standardsReporting equipment malfunctions, product inconsistencies, or safety concernsFollowing all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP requirements, and allergen control procedures to comply with FDA, USDA, SQF/BRC, and other food safety standardsAccurately completing production and quality documentation and maintaining product traceabilityMaintaining cleanliness of workstations and production areas; performing sanitation duties and proper waste disposalPracticing safe lifting and material handling, wearing required PPE, and participating in safety trainingThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safetyCan read and interpret production schedules, labels, and basic work instructionsHave basic math skills for weighing and counting productThrive in a team environment and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced settingAre willing to learn and adapt to new processes and equipmentHave a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred but not requiredOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
