Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: McIntosh Box & Pallet - 741 NY-49, Bernhards Bay, NY 13028
Holding interviews & offering jobs on the spot for 1st Shift Production Team Members!
WE OFFER:
$16/hr + incentive pay
Monday to Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with no nights or weekends

1st Shift Production Team Member - Starting Pay $16/hr + incentive
What You'll Do:
Run wood processing equipment such as cut-off saws, notchers, and stake pointers
Build specialty pallets and skids, and repair pallets
Perform equipment maintenance like changing blades and greasing
Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow company policies and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with nail guns and saws preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Enjoys working with your hands
