Production Associate / QualityJob Title: Production Associate / Quality$23+/hour depending on the roleEssential SkillsAt least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a production or machine operator role.Proven ability to maintain strong job tenure and stable employment history.Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance in a structured point-based attendance system.Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to perform precise visual inspections to identify defects such as flash, scratches, dents, and chips.Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for spot checks and quality verification.Experience with production, assembly, and machine operation in a manufacturing setting.Comfort working in a foundry environment that may be dirty, dark, and loud, with some heavy lifting required.Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and adapt to shift changes within the year.Basic familiarity with mold operations, machine operation, forklift environments, and foundry processes.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homer, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
