Production Associate ISymbiotic Services is seeking a Production Associate I to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while contributing to overall operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly line work using various materials and adhesivesInspect, pack, and label finished products for shipmentTrim, dip, and complete secondary finishing tasks as requiredUse gauges, jigs, and measuring tools to ensure product qualitySet up and operate basic production equipment and machineryMove materials for storage or shipping as directedAssist with routine maintenance and support maintenance teams as neededMaintain accurate production and quality recordsFollow 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelinesWork overtime as neededQualifications:Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment or molding/expansion processes is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic
