Production AssociateOur client, a growing production and warehouse facility located in the Park Fletcher area is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Indianapolis - Park FletcherPay Range: $20 per hourShifts available: 7am - 7pm - 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule OR 4pm - 12:30am - must train 1 week on daysWhat's the Job?Operate Emboss production machines manufactured by EntrustRun test cards to confirm the card magstripe and chip are activatedConduct quality control checks throughout the running of the jobEnsure the cards and the attached mailers have clear print and are presentable for customersClean up pod area and machine when day is doneWhat's Needed?Experience using a computer for data entryProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistanceMust be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend oftenHigh school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience (preferred)What's in it for me?Opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced production environmentTraining on world-class emboss equipmentSupportive team environmentPotential for career growth within the organizationEngaging work that makes a difference in customer satisfaction
