And, while other companies are cutting jobs, we're hiring and investing in the future.With predictable schedules, strong benefits and real opportunities to move up, there's stability here you can feel, in an industry that's dependable.Why You'll Love This JobSteady Work, Steady Pay: Count on predictable 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off.Double-Time Pay on Sundays: Work 12 hours every other Sunday and receive 24 hours of pay.Support from Day One: Start with thorough, structured training, mentorship from more senior Techs and managers who are ready to help, we're here to help you succeed.What You'll DoOperate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.What You BringAt least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.What You'll EarnDepending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start.
