Job description
Production AssociateAs a Production Associate, you will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the production line and ensuring smooth operations by adjusting machines as needed.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machinery for efficient production.Load raw materials into the production line.Visually inspect materials as they are processed.Report any issues to the team lead.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.Adjust machinery as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation and maintenance.Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality.Mechanical assembly and mechanically inclined.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience is a plus.Experience with clamp trucks is beneficial.Quality inspection experience is advantageous.Why Work Here?Join a new facility and be among the first employees to contribute to a family-oriented environment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
