Position : Production Associate
Pay :
$17.00/hour
Shift : 1st Shift | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Associate to start IMMEDIATELY at $17/hour . Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
* Operate and assist with inserter machines and mailing equipment
* Fold, cut, and finish printed materials
* Prepare direct mail projects for distribution
* Load materials and keep production equipment running smoothly
* Check finished pieces for quality and accuracy
* Package and organize completed projects
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
* Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
* Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
* Prior print, bindery, mailing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
