Production AssociateModern Living Solutions by Greystar is a vertically integrated modular business building apartment homes from the inside out, focusing on the quality of our product, reduction of waste, optimized efficiencies, and speed to market. Modern Living Solutions' flagship manufacturing facility is located in Knox, Pennsylvania. Since acquiring the facility in 2020, and with help from modular experts around the world, we have put our all into transforming the factory into a best-in-class work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.Production Associates perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to their team in the modular building process. Duties may include, but are not limited to, general modular construction, drywall, painting, installation of windows, doors, trim, tile and appliances, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Production teams ensure that all respective assignments meet production targets, drawings, specifications, and building codes, while ensuring a high-quality standard in a timely manner.
