Production AssociateThe Production Associate is a full-time role based in our Lawrenceville, GA office. This position is responsible for preparing and configuring customer equipment orders while supporting inventory and operational workflows. The role is essential to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth experience for Ladle's brands and customers.Ladle is the flagship brand for solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of the foodservice and retail industries. With over 18,000 locations across North America utilizing its platforms, Ladle's mission is to deliver operational excellence through data-driven insights, automation, and innovative technology.Key Responsibilities· Configuration of CM systems gateways, sensors and tablets.· Work with Zendesk to assist customers with hardware replacements· Utilize Zoho Inventory for logistics and shipping functions.· Support operational efficiency by monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.· Assist with general inventory-related workflows to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.Experience· 1+ year of experience in production, operations or inventory management.· Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.· Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (experience with Zoho preferred).· Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.· Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.· Knowledge of supply chain or repair workflows a plus.
