Production AssociateWe are seeking a diligent and proactive Production Associate to join our team. This role requires individuals who can work independently and maintain a steady pace in a production environment. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, ensuring you are well-prepared to contribute effectively.ResponsibilitiesAssist with production processes.Prepare materials for production.Keep track of supply inventory.Assist with packaging and labeling finished products.Ensure consistent product quality.Assist with other tasks as needed.Essential SkillsExperience with packing, assembly, and using a tape measure.Proficiency in operating a pallet jack and forklift.General production and warehouse experience.Mechanically inclined with inspection and machine operation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail.Excellent mechanical background.Demonstrated ability to run manufacturing equipment.Ability to work well independently and with a team.Able to lift up to 60 lbs.Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.Why Work Here?Join a family-oriented company with a great culture that treats people well. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to stay until 4:30 on busier days. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
