Job description

Production AssociatePay Rate: $21.40/hrCategory: Full-time, Hourly Non-ExemptPhysical Location: 1601 5th St., Lincoln, IL 62656The Job You Will Perform:Counting and stacking finished productAccurately reading gauges and other testing equipmentUtilizing basic shop math and performing product inspectionsAccurately completing quality and administrative documentation while following work instructionsPerforming general housekeeping and clean up duties including blowing down machines, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping machine areas, and collecting and shredding scrap materialWorking overtime, including Saturdays, as business conditions requireThe Skills You Will Bring:Ability and desire to work safely and follow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipmentAbility to add and subtract units of measure and accurately read, copy, count, and record figuresAbility to stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach at or below shoulder level throughout the shiftAbility to perform repetitive lifting and physical job duties in a manufacturing environmentAbility to follow directions and standard operating proceduresDependable attendanceAbout UsThe Benefits You Will Enjoy: International Paper offers a benefits package that includes health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term and Long-term Disability, 401(k), Company-funded retirement contributions, Paid Time Off, Education & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement), Student Loan Repayment Assistance, and Voluntary Benefits including insurance for home, auto, vision and pets.
