Production AssociateMagnatag Inc. is a leading manufacturer of magnetic whiteboards and visual display systems. Our innovative products and value-added services help organizations across every industry improve communication, scheduling, performance, and workplace safety. We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in Macedon, NY. In this role, you will support key manufacturing operations, working alongside experienced professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.Responsibilities:Assist with various tasks on the production floorUse small hand tools, power tools, and small pressesAssemble product components and perform sub-assembly workEnsure items are properly assembled, labeled, packed, and prepared for shippingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresRequirements:Ability to stand, sit, bend, or lift (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periodsDependable and detail-oriented with a focus on qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn and follow directionsThis is a great opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual—whether you're looking to build on existing experience or begin a new career in manufacturing.
