These are 12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am, and a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country.As a production associate, you will help produce LPG cylinders by performing assembly operations, monitoring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production.Why Worthington Enterprises?At Worthington Enterprises, we believe better is always possible. Through it all, we're guided by the Golden Rule — treating others the way we want to be treated.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for productionFollow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirementsLoad and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstationOperate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trainedNotify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standardCount, package, crate, and identify parts and finished productsMaintain required production and quality recordsReport material shortages or production concernsMaintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principlesWork individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goalsPerform other duties as assignedDesired Experience/Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructionsWhat We OfferCompetitive Pay: With shift premiumsOvertime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week.Profit Sharing: Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap.
