Job TitleThis role accelerates business value by bagging and/or stacking ice on pallets.Pay is $17.00 an hourDuties & ResponsibilitiesStack a variety of products, ranging from 5lb to 40lb bags onto standard pallets, must be done neat and square. Help monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, yellow ice and any deviation from standards. Learn to start and stop the line when needed. Keep the area safe and report potential hazards to supervisor. Clean immediate work area and entire facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. Adhering to the Code of Business Ethics is essential. Safety is personal for us all.Education & ExperienceMust have High School diploma or GED with the ability to count numbers, use of basic math and complete simple paperwork.Working Conditions/Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and stack up to 45lbs throughout 12-hour shift. Must be able to work in room with temperatures of 45 – 60 degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Location: Marshall, Minnesota
