Production AssociatesWe are currently hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing environment in Matteson, Illinois. This role is ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced production setting. As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of battery and electronic components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.ResponsibilitiesAssemble battery and electronic components on production linesPerform material handling and line feeding tasksSupport basic inventory and production flowConduct visual inspections and quality checksMaintain production standards and meet daily goalsFollow all safety procedures and use required PPEWork efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate with supervisors and team members as neededRequirementsExperience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow processes and SOPsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work 12-hour shiftsSteel-toe boots requiredMust use PPE (safety glasses, gloves)Reliable and team-orientedSchedule & Pay1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM — $17.00/hr (estimated) 2nd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM — $18.00/hr (estimated) Ready to start working in a high-demand production role?
