We're on a mission to transform an industry that's been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.We're hiring a Production Associate at our Manufacturing facility in Moberly, MO and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A Production Associate responsible for performing routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. They will also assemble products as required for shipment to customers, monitor processes and carry out basic quality checks to ensure the product meets specification.Primary ResponsibilitiesFollow EquipmentShare's health, safety and quality standardsMaintain a clean workstation and production floorFollow production guidelines and specificationsAssemble products and parts using various production methods and equipmentOperate and maintain machinery and production line equipmentWork on the production line to meet production schedulesReport any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on dutyCheck stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materialsReview and follow manufacturing manuals to build machineryTransfer equipment manually or with forklift trucksAssemble and prepare goods for shipmentRead and understand engineering drawingsUse measuring tools to inspect parts (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, etc.)Complete quality assurance testing on goods and productsMaintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehousesOrganize inventory in an easy-to-access processUtilize machinery such as forklifts to load ordersMove materials or completed products and packages to established locationsWhy EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you'll feel it from day one.
