In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple production departments to help manufacture high-quality archery arrows and accessories.What We OfferStarting wage of $16.00 per hour4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM80 hours of vacation annually (2 weeks per year, accrued)40 hours of sick time annually (1 week per year, accrued)80 hours of paid holidaysExcellent benefits package available after 30 days, including medical, dental, and HSA optionsCompany-paid life insurance, with the opportunity to purchase additional coverageFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with company match and profit sharingProduct discounts, education reimbursement, gym reimbursement, and more!What You Will Be Doing(Duties may vary based on department assignment.)Installing vanes, nocks, and points on arrowsPackaging arrows and accessories into final packagingInspecting products and work orders for quality and defectsTracking materials and products for inventory purposesCompleting hourly production documentation and work order informationEnsuring products meet quality standards and specificationsPerforming other duties as needed, including packaging and hand assemblyWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulManufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be providedA proven track record of dependability and punctuality-excellent attendance is essentialAbility to read and understand work instructions in EnglishAbility to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work efficientlyAbility to communicate and work well with others in a team environmentWillingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsIf you are looking to put your skills to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, this may be the opportunity for you!
