These positions will support a growing manufacturing operation in New Albany, OH and offer opportunities for candidates with a variety of experience levels.If you have experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, logistics, engineering support, or team leadership, we encourage you to apply and connect with our recruiting team.As a Tekberry W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.Potential OpportunitiesHiring is expected across several areas, including:Warehouse WorkerProduction OperatorManufacturing OperatorEngineering Technician LeadProduction SupervisorAdditional manufacturing and operations support positionsTypical ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary by position and may include:Manufacturing & ProductionOperate production equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor manufacturing processes and product qualityPerform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustmentsFollow work instructions and standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWarehouse & LogisticsReceive, stock, and move materials throughout the facilityPick, pack, and stage materials for productionPerform inventory transactions and cycle countsSafely operate material handling equipment (where applicable)Engineering & Technical SupportSupport production equipment and manufacturing processesAssist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement projectsWork closely with operations and maintenance teamsDocument process improvements and equipment changesProduction LeadershipCoordinate daily production activitiesSupport employee training and safety initiativesMonitor productivity, quality, and production schedulesAssist with problem solving and continuous improvement effortsQualificationsMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree may be required for some positions)Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or industrial experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer skillsPreferred QualificationsDepending on the position:Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experienceMechanical aptitudeManufacturing equipment operationLeadership or supervisory experienceEngineering or technical backgroundLean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experienceWork Environment100% onsiteManufacturing and warehouse environmentStanding, walking, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shiftPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) requiredOvertime may be available based on business needsWhy TekberryWe need hard-working, reliable employees to support exciting manufacturing opportunities.As a Tekberry W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.Tekberry, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
