(55.115 lbs.).Job Duties Vary by Position:Responsible for food safety and qualitySupplied MHF dress code policy: bump cap, hair net, beard net, eye protection, uniforms, captive footwearForklift Operation (In house training)Working in a small team environmentVisual inspection of materials/suppliesHMI touch screen equipment control systemDump pre-made batches of products into appropriate equipmentWorking with primarily bags/occasionally super sack totesValidate weight and send through heat sealerComplete all required documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting requirementsComputer tasks: complete necessary paperwork pre/post run to ensure all documentation requirements are metFollow processes/procedures in place for traceabilityValidate batch blending to specificationMay have contact with federal/state/regulatory inspectors on an annual basisOperate filler, check weigher, and weigh- up scale; for verification of correct fill weightEnsure scoops, enclosures, lids, and packaging are all completed to customer specificationsMaintain inventory controls through proper documentationMaintain a clean working area by performing general sanitation of all packaging equipmentPlace scoops in cans/jars/buckets and place lids on cans/jars/bucketsStack bags/cans of product as it comes off the various production linesSeal bags/cans of product as it comes off the various production linesBag product as it comes off the various production linesDump bags of product into appropriate equipment on the various production linesSample product on various production lines as requiredOperate boxing machinePalletize product as it comes off the various production linesTrain new production line workers on all linesUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing PracticesSafety Protocol:Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and proceduresCorrect or report any observed safety hazardsSupport safety policies and programsThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Qualifications:Education Required:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience Required:No experience required; in-house training providedPrevious work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferredCertification/Licensure Required:NoneAA/EEO – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
