Join us and help shape the future of automation!This position is part of our Production team and is responsible for assembling key components of the robot while managing all tasks, quality standards, and performance metrics within the assigned station. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work, building complex systems, and achieving goals collaboratively.General assemblyAssembling sub-components into larger assemblies with basic hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.) and fastening the larger sub-assemblies togetherCreating wire harnesses, electrical connectors, and soldering PCBsProvide feedback on assembly processes and componentsProduction Assembly LeadershipLead assembly, quality, and safety within the assigned station and among team membersProvide guidance and work collaboratively among team members to meet production goalsProactively seek solutions to ensure the quality, efficient assembly of new production unitsHelp validate new manufacturing processes to improve ease of assembly and quality results
